Responsible Gaming

Set a limit here and three things are fixed in advance: the moment it starts biting, the length of time it holds, and the step needed to undo it. The policy and the mechanics for every tool on this page are written out below.

Deposit limit and loss limit

You set both from the account page, on a daily, weekly or monthly cycle. A tighter limit bites from your next payment onward. A looser one sits for 24 hours before it applies, which is what stops a limit being raised halfway through a session. The deposit limit measures money paid in; the loss limit measures net loss and halts play the moment it is reached.

Session reminder and reality check

Set a session reminder at 30, 60 or 120 minutes. The moment it fires, play pauses and a panel puts the time elapsed, the total staked and the net position for that session in front of you before anything carries on. It survives a page reload, and closing the tab does not get rid of it.

Cooling-off and self-exclusion mechanics

Cooling-off comes in 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, and sign-in stays locked for whichever you pick. Self-exclusion runs 6 months or permanently: the account closes, every open bonus is cancelled, and the withdrawable balance goes back to the registered bank account. There is no early reversal of either, and an excluded address receives no promotions.

Age verification and the underage policy

One account belongs to one person aged 18 or over. What you declare at sign-up gets tested against your IC at the first identity review; fail that and the account is closed, stakes returned and winnings voided. On a computer the whole household uses, the tool that actually works is device-level blocking, Gamban or Net Nanny, and the Malaysian Mental Health Association will take a call from anyone who wants to talk about it.
